Placing your first online grocery order

Create an Account

Click ‘Register now’ below and be sure to confirm your email address by clicking on the link sent in your confirmation email.

Add your VALUEclub

Sign into your account and select ‘VALUEclub’. Once your card has been added, your purchases from the last 6 months will appear under ‘past purchases’.

Reserve Delivery Slot

Select ‘Reserve Delivery’ at the top of the screen. The delivery charge will vary from €5 to €7 depending on your chosen slot. Orders can be amended up until 11pm the evening before delivery.

Start Shopping

To browse by aisle, select the ‘Grocery’ menu. To browse by item, use the search bar. You can also shop by ‘Favourites’ or ‘Past Purchases’.



Things to Know

Delivery Costs & Times

Select a 2hr time slot between 8am and 10pm for your delivery. A delivery charge of €4, €6 or €8 will apply depending on delivery slot.

€10 off €50 Voucher

Get €10 off every €50 you spend. Your voucher will automatically be deducted from your bill. Minimum spend is required. €10 taken off every €50 to the value of €150. Exclusions apply.

Past Purchases

Once you register your account and add your VALUEclub card, your instore purchases for the last 6 months will appear in this section. Past Purchases can be found at the top of the screen.

Favourites

Click the heart icon to add a product to your Favourites for easy access. Favourites can be found at the top of the screen.

OUR COVID 19 RESPONSE

During delivery, we follow social distancing guidelines to keep you and our drivers safe. Trays and delivery equipment are wiped down after each delivery.

HOW YOUR ORDER IS PICKED & PACKED

Our personal shoppers will pick the freshest product with the longest sell by date for your delivery. They will pack your shopping into crates with care, placing heavier items at the bottom.

VALUEclub

VALUEclub is a way of saying thank you to customers for shopping with us. To collect points for online orders, add your VALUEclub card details to your account by signing in and clicking the ’VALUEclub’ button.

Returns

Your delivery driver will bring products you wish to return back to store and process your refund. If you notice an issue with your order after your driver has left, we are always happy to help.

Substitutions

If you ‘Allow Substitution’ your Personal Shopper will choose a replacement if the product is out of stock. You can leave your Personal Shopper notes if there are certain substitutions you would prefer over others. Your Delivery Driver will inform you of the substitution. You can keep it or get a refund.
