Product cooks in foil tray provided. These are guidelines only.<br/> 190°c/375°F/Gas Mark 5/ Fan assisted oven 180°c. Cooks in 1 hour approx. Pre-heat oven to required temperature shown above. Cover the foil tray with tin foil, place foil tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated. Remove tin foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking to brown the skin.<br/> Ensure the turkey is thoroughly cooked before serving. If the turkey is cooked juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check.<br/> We Recommend: Once turkey is cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest in warm place for 10 minutes before carving.
