Add approx. 120ml of apple juice (can use dairy or plant based alternatives, other juice of choice), stir & cover. Refridgerate for a minimum of 2 hours and ideally overnight. Remove from fridge, add a heaped tablespoon of natural yogurt, stir & enjoy.
