Boil - From Chilled - Place joint in a large saucepan of cold water and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes per 500g plus 20 minutes. Remove cooked joint from the water and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Cooking Instructions - General - Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat.
