Preheat your oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mar 5/ Fan assisted oven 180°C. Remove the Everyday Roast from the vacuum pack. Place the roast on a tray and baste all of the roast with half of the glaze. Cover loosely with tin foil and place in the preheated oven. After 25 mins, baste with the remaining glaze. Cook for another 20-25 mins with the tin foil remaining in place. Instructions Maple Glaze:<br/>
Easy maple glaze<br/>
2 tbsp olive oil<br/>
2 tbsp soy sauce<br/>
2 tbsp maple syrup<br/>

Whisk together with a fork until all the ingredients are combined and it's ready to put on your roast before cooking!<br/>
If you are feeling a little adventurous, add some grated lemon zest, chopped garlic or fresh thyme.<br/>
