Remove all packaging and allow the chop to come up to room temperature for 15 minutes.<br/> Set the butter disc and the rosemary to one side and drizzle with a little olive oil before cooking.<br/> 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 20 mins.<br/> - Preheat oven.<br/> - While the oven is heating up preheat an oven-proof pan over high heat.<br/> - Sear the chop on both sides, add the butter and rosemary, and baste.<br/> - Transfer the pan with the meat to the middle shelf of the oven and cook for the time indicated.
