Is the over 65’s delivery available indefinitely?
It is available for a limited time only at the discretion of Dunnes Stores.
Is there a minimum spend required?
A minimum spend of €50.00 is required in order to qualify for free delivery.
Is there a limit on the number of orders a customer can place?
No there is no limit on the number of orders a customer can place.
How do I validate my age?
You will be required to provide the delivery driver with visual proof of age upon the receipt of the first delivery along with proof that you are associated with the delivery address.
Can I avail of free delivery to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can avail of free delivery to any address listed on your account.
Are there restrictions in place regarding days/time of the week that a customer can avail of free delivery?
No. Free delivery is available across all slots – 7 days per week
Once I sign up, how quickly will the free delivery option be available?
Once you have received confirmation from the call centre, the promotion will be available on your next order.
Do over 65’s have priority access to delivery slots?
Slots are available to all customers on a first come first served basis.
