Cooks in foil tray provided. Remove card sleeve and outer bag before cooking.<br/> 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 2hours 40mins.<br/> Preheat oven. Cover the turkey joint loosely with foil and, in foil tray provided, place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking to brown the skin. Ensure the turkey is thoroughly cooked before serving. To check, insert a skewer into the joint, if the turkey is cooked juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check.<br/> Caution: There may be a build-up of liquid in the base of the tray during cooking. Care must be taken when removing from the oven.<br/> Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
