Remove all packaging. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.<br/> Do not reheat.<br/>Hob - From Chilled - Preheat a pan over High heat. Add the meat and brown for 2 minutes to seal in the flavour and juices. Reduce the heat to Medium, add some root vegetables and enough stock to cover the meat. Cover and bring to the boil. Simmer on the hob for time indicated or until meat is tender and can be broken up with a fork or spoon.<br/>Oven cook - From Chilled - 170°C, Fan 150°C, Gas 4, 1 1/2-2 hours<br/> Preheat oven. Pan fry the meat in a hot pan for 2 minutes to seal in the flavour and juices. Transfer the meat to a casserole dish, add some root vegetables and enough stock to cover the meat.
