Wrap the coley loosely in parchment paper. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.<br/>Poach - From Chilled - 10-15 mins.<br/> Place coley fillets into a large saucepan and half cover with fish stock, milk or water.
