Remove all packaging.<br/> Ensure Product is Piping Hot Throughout. Do Not Reheat.<br/>Oven cook - From Chilled - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 10-12 mins.<br/> Preheat oven. Wrap the hake loosely in parchment paper. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.<br/>Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 8-10 mins.<br/> Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a Medium heat.
