Wrap the salmon loosely in parchment paper. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for the time indicated.<br/>Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 10-12 mins.<br/> Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a Medium heat.
