Situated in the top North point of the South Island of New Zealand, its main grape variety is the zesty and exuberant Sauvignon Blanc.<br/>Vinification Details - To make this lighter wine we harvested specially selected blocks of fruit early, when full flavour ripeness at lower sugar levels were reached. The fruit was gently bag pressed and the clear juice fermented cool with aromatic yeast strains, in stainless steel tanks. This retained maximum varietal aroma.
