For the most delicious results, do not overcook!<br/> Preheat the oven to 220°C&#x2F;Fan 210°C&#x2F;Gas Mark 7.<br/> For best results use a deep edged baking tray with no holes to prevent any of the basting fats from leaking into the oven and preheat the tray for 5 minutes.<br/> Spread your roasts evenly in the single layer onto the baking tray.
