The chilly breezes from the Atlantic Ocean provide cool nights which improve the lovely fruity flavours and freshness in the wine.<br/>Vinification Details - The winemaking process is led carefully in order to best respect the integrity of the berries and preserve the delicate perfumes of the variety. The grapes first undergo a 6-hour skin contact maceration, extracting as much of the fruity aromas as possible. After a gentle pressing, the must in meticulously cold settled. The fermentation is then led at a cold temperature.
