There are three quality levels, Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages and the highest level Cru des Côtes du Rhône. The village of Vinsobres was very recently promoted to Cru in 2006 and joins only 16 other Cru villages internationally known for their outstanding quality.<br/>Vinification Details - Fermentation: some destemming take place prior fermentation in stainless steel tank.
