Cooks in foil tray provided. Remove card sleeve and top film before cooking.<br/> 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 1 hour 45 mins.<br/> Preheat oven. Cover foil tray with foil, place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.<br/> Remove foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking time to brown the skin. Ensure the turkey is thoroughly cooked before serving. To check, insert a skewer into the joint, if the turkey is cooked juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check.<br/> Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes in a warm place.
