Characterised by a temperate, maritime climate, it produces intense, aromatic wines with trademark acidity.
Vinification Details - Fruit was destemmed and transferred to the tank presses, where the free-run juice was separated and the remaining fruit lightly pressed. The juice was clarified and inoculated with a select range of yeasts for added complexity and aromaticity during the fermentation. Father to Son, harvest after harvest, they deepen their knowledge of the fickle nature of the vines that grow here and learn to work in harmony with nature. Laurent, the latest generation winemaker, combines the force of his ancestors' wisdom with his rebellious and innovative approach to create wines with true Languedoc character
Regional Information - The Miquels are the largest private producer in the Saint Chinian appellation and are the Languedoc specialists of the varietals, Syrah and Viognier. The journey of our wine begins far from our vineyards. Pure water from the snow-capped Southern Alps travels six-months through braided rivers and underground aquifers to emerge crystal clear at the Rapaura Springs that run through our home vineyard. This quintessential Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is packed full of
fresh passionfruit, tropical and citrus flavours.
Producer - Rapaura Springs
Regional Information - Marlborough's ancient glacial deep, free-draining, stony soils and unique maritime climate create a grape growing paradise. The fruit from this wine is grown across Marlborough's major sub-regions, the Wairau Valley, Southern Valleys and Awatere Valley. Each vineyard site provides unique flavours and aromatics, underpinned by vibrant acidity.
Vinification Details - Our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc was carefully harvested, then taken straight to our winery located in the lower-Wairau valley. The fruit was gently pressed, and batch fermented, using a variety of yeast strains at cool temperatures to capture the vibrant fruit flavours and aromatics from our Marlborough vineyards.
Winemaker - Mike Bann and Matt Thomson

Wine Colour
Colour - White

Storage Type
Ambient

Recommended Storage
Storage Type - This wine is ideal for drinking now but can be kept for up to <>

Origin
New Zealand wine

Country
Country of Origin - New Zealand

Company Name
Dunnes Stores

Company Address
Dublin 2,
D02 RX86,
IRE.

Return To
Dunnes Stores,
Dublin 2,
D02 RX86,
IRE.

So the grape varietals styles are respected and our wines offer very aromatic flavours.
Producer - Celliers Jean D'Alibert
Regional Information - The Côtes de Gascogne appellation area is located in Southwest France, near the Pyrenees mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. Here, the clay and sandy soils store water during the rainy spring, which is then released during the vines' growth period, helping them through the dry summers. The chilly breezes from the Atlantic Ocean provide cool nights which improve the lovely fruity flavours and freshness in the wine.
Vinification Details - The winemaking process is led carefully in order to best respect the integrity of the berries and preserve the delicate perfumes of the variety. The grapes first undergo a 6-hour skin contact maceration, extracting as much of the fruity aromas as possible. After a gentle pressing, the must in meticulously cold settled. The fermentation is then led at a cold temperature. A three-month ageing on its fine lees gives the wine its great smoothness.

Wine Colour
Colour - White

Lower Age Limit
Statutory - Years - 18

Storage Type
Ambient

Recommended Storage
Storage Type - This wine is ideal for drinking now but can be kept for up to <>

Safety Statements
Pregnancy Warning

Origin
Product of France

Country
Country of Origin - France

Company Name
Dunnes Stores

Company Address
Ireland.

Return To
Dunnes Stores,
Ireland.

Its founders believed that wine should be more fun and less serious; and created a wine that could be enjoyed by everyone from first-time wine drinkers to hard-core aficionados. Barefoot Wine & Bubbly is the most awarded and #1 wine brand in the US and was introduced to the UK in 2007. Staying true to its grassroots beginnings Barefoot Wine & Bubbly gives back to local non-profit groups through charitable wine donations.
Producer - Barefoot Cellars
Regional Information - The grapes were grown in selected vineyards of the Central Valley. This location, at the mouth of the Sacramento Delta, offers an environment during the growing season in which the grapes see plenty of hang time. Grapes enjoy the characteristic warm California days and cool nights- ideal conditions for perfectly ripe fruit.
Vinification Details - The grapes for Barefoot Sauvignon Blanc were harvested at optimum ripeness during cool night temperatures to preserve the fresh fruit flavours. The winemaker selected particularly aromatic yeast strains and employed a moderate fermentation process, which together have enhanced the natural flavours and expressive mouthfeel of this wine.
