Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. 40 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for a further 50 minutes. Stand for 10 minutes before carving.<br/>Oven cook - From Defrost - Oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 50 minutes.
