Heating times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only<br/> Not Suitable for Microwave Cooking.<br/> Remove All Packaging.<br/> To Heat the Full Joint<br/> Oven 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 120-130mins.<br/> Fan Oven 160°C<br/> - Preheat oven to required temperature shown above.<br/> - Place ham on a rack placed in a roasting tray with approximately 2cm of water in the base and top up as necessary.<br/> - Cover with tin foil and place tray on the middle shelf of the oven and heat for time indicated.<br/> - Increase the temperature to 200°C / Gas Mark 6/400°F and remove the tin foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking to allow the glaze to caramelize.<br/> To Heat Sliced Joint<br/> Oven 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 20-25mins.<br/> Fan Oven 180°C<br/> - Preheat oven to required temperature shown above.<br/> - Carve joint to desired thickness.<br/> - Place slices in a fan on a rack placed in a roasting tray with approximately 2cm of water in the base and top up as necessary.<br/> - Cover with tin foil, place tray on the middle shelf of the oven and heat for time indicated.<br/> Always Check the Product is Piping Hot Throughout Before Serving.
