Cooks in foil tray provided.<br/> Remove card sleeve and top film before cooking.<br/> 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 1hour 35mins.<br/> Preheat oven. Cover foil tray with foil, place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking time to brown the skin. Ensure the turkey is thoroughly cooked before serving. To check, insert a skewer into the joint, if the turkey is cooked juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check.<br/> Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes in a warm place.
