The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Do not cook from frozen.<br/>Microwave - From Chilled - Microwave 900W<br/> Remove contents from box, and set aside the sachet of BBQ sauce for later. Pierce the bag with the pork in several places. Place onto a microwavable plate and microwave on full power for 3 minutes. Gently shake the bag, and microwave for a further 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Carefully cut open the bag, discard cooking juices and empty contents onto a plate. Care should be taken when opening as steam will escape. Shred the pork by pulling apart with two forks. To heat the sauce, empty contents of the sachet into microwavable bowl, cover and vent. Microwave on full power for 1 minute, and allow to stand for 1 minute. Carefully pour the heated sauce over the shredded pork, mix and serve.<br/>Oven cook - From Chilled - Electric Oven 200°C, Fan Oven 180°C, Gas Oven Mark 6<br/> Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Set aside the sachet of BBQ sauce for later.<br/> Step 01: Using scissors, carefully cut open the plastic pouch. Empty the contents into an ovenproof dish and cover. Cook in the centre of the oven for approx. 25 minutes.<br/> Step 02: Carefully remove the pork from the oven and discard the cooking juices.<br/> Step 03: Gently shred the meat, using two forks to pull apart.<br/> Step 04: Using scissors, carefully open the sauce sachet and drizzle the contents evenly over the product and mix well. Place the product back into the oven and cook uncovered for a further 5 minutes.
