Place onto a microwavable plate and microwave on full power for 3 minutes. Gently shake the bag, and microwave for a further 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Carefully cut open the bag, discard cooking juices and empty contents onto a plate. Care should be taken when opening as steam will escape. Shred the pork by pulling apart with two forks. To heat the sauce, empty contents of the sachet into microwavable bowl, cover and vent. Microwave on full power for 1 minute, and allow to stand for 1 minute. Carefully pour the heated sauce over the shredded pork, mix and serve.<br/>Oven cook - From Chilled - Electric Oven 200°C, Fan Oven 180°C, Gas Oven Mark 6<br/> Preheat oven. Remove all packaging.
