Add 125 g Obento Tempura Batter Mix to 180 mL of cold water and whisk through, do not over mix. 2. Coat your choice of ingredient in the batter and deep fry in hot oil (150°C-180°C) until golden brown. Deep-Fried Prawn (Prawn Tempura) Serves: 1-2 1. Straighten 6 shelled and deveined prawns with a sharp knife. Slice a slit along the stomach lengthways.
