Use by: See front of pack. Keep refrigerated below 4°c at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days and by date shown. Freezing: suitable for home freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Cooking Instructions - General - Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove all packaging.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Grill - From Chilled - Place under a preheated moderate/medium grill for approximately 4-6 minutes, turning frequently.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Add to a well oiled frying pan and fry over a medium heat for 4-6 minutes, turning frequently. Drain well before serving.
