History - In 1980, family LAVAUD, already owner of two small estates in Saint-Emilion and Lalande de Pomerol,
acquired an estate covering 70 hectares near the village of Pellegrue (Entre-Deux-Mers), but without a
single plot of vine on it. Today, the Lavaud family manages 100 hectares on 3 different appellations. All along the past 30 years, Hubert Lavaud has consistently invested both at the vineyard and at the cellar.
