History - Laurent Miquel has created a unique white wine from his high altitude estate in the village of Lagrasse, in Southern France.
Producer - Laurent Miquel
Regional Information - Albarino was first brought to the Galicia region of Spain by the French monks from Cluny along the fabled route to Santiago de Compostela many centuries ago. Laurent has brought it back to its origins with his audacious French Albarino Project.
Vinification Details - Night time machine harvesting, with even earlier ripening we enjoyed fantastic freshness, thanks to a colder, humid month of September. Optimal maturity and perfect conditions meant we had a dream harvest.
