When your order is ready you will receive an email with the following details:
• Confirmation of date and collection time
• The store’s name, address and telephone number
• You will also be requested to bring your ID and shopping bags to the collection
When you arrive, follow the signs for Click & Collect which will bring you to the collection area.
Park in a designated parking bay.
Call the telephone number displayed on the sign at the parking bay to let the store know you have arrived.
Your Personal Shopper will confirm your details and bring your order to your car.
Is there a service charge for Click & Collect?
There is no service charge applied for Click & Collect orders.

How can I check if Click & Collect is available in my local Dunnes Stores?
Select ‘Reserve Delivery’ at the top of the page. Then select ‘Change’ and ‘Shop for Collection’. Enter your Eircode to see if any of your local stores offer Click & Collect. Don’t worry – if we don’t offer Click & Collect in your area yet, you can still register to be notified when we do!

How do I register for a Dunnes Stores Online Grocery Account?
To set up your account click ‘Sign In or Register’ at the top of the screen. Be sure to confirm your email address by clicking on the link sent in your confirmation email. Please note that you cannot use your Dunnes Stores Fashion and Homewares login or Dunnes Stores App login on our grocery website.
I am already registered. How do I switch from Delivery to Click & Collect?
Select the ‘Reserve Delivery Time’ at the top of the page. Then select ‘Change’ and ‘Shop for Collection’. Enter your Eircode or select your Click & Collect Store and select ‘Make My Store’ then select ‘Continue Shopping’
What are your collection time options?
We have many collection slots to choose from to suit your lifestyle and schedule. Simply register and log into your account where you can see the collection slots available within your area. We offer seven-day Click & Collect between 9am and 7pm.
How do I use Click & Collect?
Log In to your account and select your store and collection slot between 9am - 7pm. The same way you would for Online Delivery, complete your order and check out.
How long will my collection slot be held?
When you choose your collection slot it will be held for 2 hours giving you plenty of time to complete your order.
None of the collection time slots suit me, what can I do?
If you cannot find a suitable collection slot, please check back again soon to see if a suitable slot has become available due to a cancellation.
Can I change my collection slot?
You can change your collection slot up to 11pm the night before your collection. However, your new preferred collection time may not be available. Customers can place or amend orders up to midday same day for collection slots between 2pm and 7pm.
What happens if I am delayed?
If you are delayed, please contact our Customer Service team.
Can I amend my order after I have checked out?
Sometimes you may need to add last-minute items to your shopping list. You can amend your order up to 11 pm the night before your collection.
What if you haven’t got what I want?
Sometimes, items in your order may not be available for example if the item is out of stock. If you allow substitutions, we will offer you a suitable alternative. Your Personal Shopper will inform you of the substitution. You can choose to keep the item or get a refund – just let your Personal Shopper know.
For offers and meal deals, if we’ve substituted an item with one that’s not part of the deal and is a more expensive product, the price may increase. If you don’t want to pay the extra cost, you can choose to refuse all the items picked for the deal and get a refund instead.
What if I have damaged items?
If an item is damaged, hand it back to your Personal Shopper and you will be refunded. If you only spot this after you leave, you can call our Customer Service team. Alternatively, you can return it to your local store.
What if items are missing from my order?
If there’s an item missing from your order and no substitute has been provided, please contact our Customer Service team.
What is your returns policy?
If an item needs to be returned you can call our Customer Service team. Alternatively, you can return it to your local store. Refunds are processed within 24 hours. Please note, your bank may take a further 3-5 working days to credit your account.
I’ve bought a new electrical item. Where can I recycle my old one? (WEEE Recycling) Dunnes Stores WEEE Number: DUN100
When you buy a new electrical item, you can now use our free recycling service. Old products can be deposited at the time of sale of a new electrical product in-store. Alternatively, or if you are shopping online, you can bring old electrical items to any of our Dunnes Stores within 28 days of the date of sale, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. Distributors (including retailers) must provide a system that allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must, as a minimum, offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take-back of their old electrical items on a like-for-like basis. Unwanted electrical equipment is Ireland and the UK’s fastest-growing type of waste. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, but cannot be disposed of through the usual wheeled bin waste collections. For further information, get in touch with our Customer Service team.
