- 40 ml Dunnes Stores Cranberry Juice
- 15 ml Bottlegreen Wild Elderflower Cordial
- Dunnes Stores Simply Better Sacchetto Prosecco D.O.C. Extra Dry, to top
- Dunnes Stores Soda Water
- Ice
- Lemon slices, for the glass
METHOD
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Add Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, cranberry juice, and elderflower cordial, then gently stir to combine.
- Top with prosecco and soda water, then add lemon slices to serve.
