Jameson Triple Distilled Irish Whiskey 700ml
Dunnes Stores Simply Better Lemon Gooseberry & Elderflower Cordial Mixer 330ml
Dunnes Stores Simply Better Sparkling Tipperary Apple Juice 750ml
Dunnes Stores Lemon
Dunnes Stores Fresh Herb Mint 20g
Directions
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 50 ml Simply Better Lemon, Gooseberry & Elderflower Cordial
- 100ml - 120 ml Simply Better Sparkling Tipperary Apple Juice with Elderflower & Mint
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
METHOD
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Add 50 ml Jameson Irish Whiskey, then 50 ml Lemon Gooseberry & Elderflower cordial.
- Stir with your straw, then top with Sparkling Tipperary Apple Juice with Elderflower & Mint.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
