- 50ml Roe & Co
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
EQUIPMENT
- Rocks glass
- Rock ice
- Cocktail shaker
- Strainer & fine strainer
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard and double strain over ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
