Bottlegreen Wild Elderflower Cordial 500ml
Dunnes Stores Soda Water 1 Litre
Dunnes Stores Fresh Herb Mint 20g
The Ice Co Party Ice Cubes 2kg

- 20 ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin or Tanqueray 0.0
- 20 ml Bottlegreen Wild Elderflower Cordial
- 25 ml Dunnes Stores Soda Water
- 120 ml Dunnes Stores Simply Better Sacchetto Prosecco D.O.C. Extra Dry
- Mint leaves
- 1 lime wedge, to garnish
METHOD
- Gently scrunch the mint in your hands to lightly bruise it, then place it in the bottom of a large wine glass. Pour over the elderflower cordial and gin, and leave to infuse for 1–2 minutes.
- Fill the glass with ice, then pour over the soda water and prosecco. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint before serving.
