The juice of half a lime
150 ml Dunnes Stores Lemon & Ginger Sparkling Water
Directions
INGREDIENTS
- 35ml 0% Havana Club Especial Golden Rum
- ½ teaspoon of honey
- The juice of half a lime
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 150 ml Dunnes Stores Lemon & Ginger Sparkling Water
METHOD
- Pour the 0% Havana Club, honey and lime juice into a highball glass.
- Stir with a teaspoon until the honey has combined.
- Fill the glass with ice, top up with Dunnes Stores Lemon & Ginger Sparkling Water.
- Gently stir for a couple of seconds.
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
