Dunnes Stores Simply Better Lemon & Lime Cordial Mixer 330ml
Dunnes Stores Soda Water 1 Litre
Montelliana Prosecco Vino Frizzante 750ml
Dunnes Stores Loose Lime
Dunnes Stores Fresh Herb Rosemary 20g

INGREDIENTS
- 35 ml Gunpowder Fig & Laurel Gin
- 35 ml Simply Better Lemon & Lime Cordial
- 35 ml Montelliana Prosecco Vino Frizzante
- 100ml - 120 ml Dunnes Stores Soda Water
- 1 lime
- Fresh sprig of rosemary
METHOD
- Fill a large wine glass with ice, then pour in 35 ml Gunpowder Fig & Laurel gin, 35 ml Lemon & Lime cordial, and 35 ml Montelliana Prosecco Vino Frizzante.
- Stir with a straw, then top with Dunnes Stores soda water.
- Garnish with a lime slice and a fresh rosemary sprig.
