60ml gin
30ml cream
1 whole egg separated
15ml maple syrup
Nutmeg to garnish

- 60ml Gin
- 30ml Cream
- 1 Whole Egg separated
- 15ml Maple Syrup
- Nutmeg to garnish
METHOD
- Place egg yolk in cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes.
- Seal shaker and shake for 10 seconds.
- Open shaker, fill with ice, and add gin, cream, egg white, and maple syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
- Strain into chilled coupe glass.
- Grate nutmeg over top and serve.
*contains raw egg which is potentially hazardous if used incorrectly
