Ingredients
300g tub Cottage Cheese (24g protein)
3 eggs (10g)
1 clove garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Dunnes Stores Pizza Sauce
Handful Fresh Spinach
Finely chopped olives
Sliced Cherry Tomatoes Warmed
Directions

INGREDIENTS

  • 300g tub Cottage Cheese (24g protein)
  • 3 eggs (10g)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Toppings:

  • Dunnes Stores Pizza Sauce
  • Handful Fresh Spinach
  • Finely chopped olives
  • Sliced Cherry Tomatoes Warmed

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC/350ºF.
  2. Add all of the pizza base ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread until even. It is really liquid’y but spread evenly on the sheet.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until it sets and turns golden.
  4. Spread over the sauce, add the cheese and toppings, and bake for a further 10 minutes until the cheese melts and toppings are soft and cooked.
  5. For babies, cut into fingers and serve with a side of steamed broccoli for extra iron.
