Ingredients
1 cup milk of your choice
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup porridge oats
2 cups frozen tropical fruit
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
Berry Granola
Crushed mixed seeds (pumpkin and sunflower)
Smooth peanut Butter
Raspberries
Mint leaves
Directions

INGREDIENTS

Smoothie

  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup porridge oats
  • 2 cups frozen tropical fruit
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

Toppings

  • Berry Granola
  • Crushed mixed seeds (pumpkin and sunflower)
  • Smooth Peanut Butter
  • Raspberries
  • Mint leaves

METHOD

  1. Add all of the smoothie mixture to a blender or food processor. Blend until it breaks up and turns into a smooth mixture. You may have to scrape down the sides a few times, but it will start to turn into a scoopable ice cream texture.
  2. Add to a bowl, then top with Granola, crushed seeds, peanut butter, raspberries and mint leaves. For babies and smaller little ones, crush the granola and seeds until fine.
  3. Eat right away or if you have leftovers store in the freezer.
