Ingredients
1/2 cup Greek style Yogurt
1/2 avocado
1 pouch Dunnes Stores Purple Fruit Smoothie
4 frozen stawberries
Splash milk

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Greek style Yogurt
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 pouch Dunnes Stores Purple Fruit Smoothie
  • 4 frozen stawberries
  • Splash milk
  • 1 raspberry torn apart per pop

 

METHOD

  1. Add the yogurt, avocado, smoothie pouch and frozen strawberries to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into an ice pop mould, then break apart the raspberries and add to the pops.
  3. Freeze until solid (about 3-4 hours). Serve with meals to give your baby an easy way to get vitamin C, but also as a mess free way of giving yogurt, or as a healthy toddler snack.
