2 Balls of Dunnes Stores Fresh Italian Mozzarella – sliced
20g Dunnes Stores Breadcrumbs
Dunnes Stores Italian Basil Pesto
Dunnes Stores garlic bread – to serve

INGREDIENTS
- 360g Dunnes Stores Fresh Irish Meatballs
- 250g cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
- 400g Dunnes Stores Penne - cooked to pack instructions
- 2 Balls of Dunnes Stores Fresh Italian Mozzarella – sliced
- 20g Dunnes Stores Breadcrumbs
- Dunnes Stores Italian Basil Pesto
- Dunnes Stores garlic bread – to serve
METHOD
- Preheat Oven to 200c
- Scatter the cherry tomatoes and meatballs in an oven dish and drizzle with olive oil
- Bake for 10 minutes and then toss in the cooked penne. Top with mozzarella, bread crumbs and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for a further 10 minutes
- Drizzle with basil pesto and serve with baked garlic bread.
