Keep refrigerated 0°C to 4°C. Once opened consume within 2 days and by 'Use by' date shown.
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'Use by' date shown. Use within 1 month.
Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the refrigerator. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
This product may have been previously frozen and returned to chill temperatures under carefully controlled conditions. Further freezing will not impair the product quality.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
Microwave - From Chilled - Remove card sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place tray on a microwavable plate, heat for time indicated. Remove film lid. Fork through and serve.
700W on full power for: 1 min 20 secs.
800W on full power for: 1 min 10 secs.
Oven cook - From Chilled - Remove card sleeve and pierce film several times. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4. Place tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Heat for time indicated. Remove film lid. Fork through and serve.
Conventional Oven: 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4 12 mins.
Fan Assisted Oven: 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4 10 mins
