Whisk 85g (3oz.) of Caurry Sauce Mix into 340ml (12 fl oz.) of cold water in a sauce pan. Bring to the boil stirring constantly. Simmer for 2 minutes on very low heat. Serve hot.
Microwave - From Ambient - (Serves 2-3):
Whisk 85g (3oz.) of Curry Sauce Mix into 340ml (12 fl oz.) of cold water in a casserole dish. For 800 watt microwave oven, set time on full power for 5 minutes. Stir well after every minute. Guide only, times may vary according to the power of the microwave.
