Preparation and Usage
For perfect roast ham
Simply boil ham as usual then remove skin and score fat in a diamond pattern. Spread generously with Ham Glaze, stud with whole cloves and bake for 20-30 minutes at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 until golden brown.
