Oven cook - From Frozen - Get hands on
Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan) / gas 7.
1. Pop the frozen pastry cases on a baking tray, leaving a couple of fingers' space between pastry cases.
2. Place the tray on the top shelf of the oven and bake for 16-17 minutes, turning halfway. Bake until they're golden and lightly puffed.
Preparation and Usage
Planning Ahead
Once baked and cooled, pastry cases can be stored in an air tight container for up to 2 days!
Top tip
To keep the crunch, we recommend adding your filling close to serving - about an hour ahead works well.
