Hidden Veggie Pinwheels

Ingredients
1 pre-roll of puff pastry
1 jar Dunnes Stores Pizza Sauce
Finely chopped red peppers
Spring onion
Dried oregano
Milk or egg wash
Directions
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pre-roll of puff pastry
- 1 jar Dunnes Stores Pizza Sauce
- Finely chopped red peppers
- Spring onion
- Fresh herbs
- Dried oregano
- Milk or egg wash
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 220ºC/428ºF.
- Roll out the pastry, then spread the pizza sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle over the finely chopped peppers, spring onion and fresh herbs, then add a sprinkle of oregano.
- Roll the pastry up into a log shape, then cut into pinwheels and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Add a little milk or egg wash to the top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
