4 Dunnes Stores My Family Favourites Fresh Irish Pork Chops
2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
1 pack Medium Thai Rice Noodles 200g – cooked according to pack instructions, keep warm
1 cucumber - sliced
1 pack green beans - cooked and chopped in half
1 carrot - peeled into ribbons
1 pack coriander - chopped
1 pack mint - chopped
1 red pepper - cut into strips
50g peanuts - chopped
4 tablespoons of Dunnes Stores Japanese Style Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
Directions

  • 2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
  • 1 pack Medium Thai Rice Noodles 200g – cooked according to pack instructions, keep warm
  • 1 cucumber - sliced
  • 1 pack green beans - cooked and chopped in half
  • 1 carrot - peeled into ribbons
  • 1 pack coriander - chopped
  • 1 pack mint - chopped
  • 1 red pepper - cut into strips
  • 50g peanuts - chopped
  • 4 tablespoons of Dunnes Stores Japanese Style Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade

 

METHOD

  1. Marinate the pork chops for 20 mins in 2 tbsp red curry paste.
  2. Mix the cooked noodles with the veg, herbs and 4 tbsp of teriyaki dressing.
  3. Grill pork chops under a hot grill for 6 minutes each side until well done.
  4. Serve with the noodles and sprinkle the chopped peanuts.
