Ingredients
420g chicken breast - cut into 2 cm cubes
2 Tbsp Dunnes Stores Tandoori Paste
1 Red pepper - cut into large dice
1 green pepper - cut into large dice
1 Red onion – diced
2 tbsp Sunflower oil
200ml Dunnes Stores Natural Greek Yogurt
10g fresh dill - chopped
1 250g Pack Dunnes Stores Pilau Express Rice
4 Dunnes Stores white wraps
Lime – to serve
Directions

INGREDIENTS

  • 420g chicken breast - cut into 2 cm cubes
  • 2 Tbsp Dunnes Stores Tandoori Paste
  • 1 Red pepper - cut into large dice
  • 1 green pepper - cut into large dice
  • 1 Red onion – diced
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 200ml Dunnes Stores Natural Greek Yogurt
  • 10g fresh dill - chopped
  • 1 250g Pack Dunnes Stores Pilau Express Rice
  • 4 Dunnes Stores white wraps
  • Lime – to serve

 

METHOD

  1. Marinade the chicken in the tandoori spice for 20 minutes or more
  2. Fry chicken on a medium to high heat for 3 to 4 minutes in the oil. Then toss in the onion and peppers and fry for another few minutes until chicken is done.
  3. To make the yogurt sauce, mix the fresh dill with the Greek yogurt.
  4. Serve with pilau rice, a wrap, yoghurt sauce and a wedge of lime.
