Strawberry Vodka Mojito

Dunnes Stores Soda Water 1 Litre
Dunnes Stores Fresh Herb Mint 20g
Dunnes Stores Loose Lime
Dunnes Stores Fresh Strawberries 227g
Dunnes Stores Simply Better Wexford Strawberry & Orange Cordial 500ml
Directions
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Absolut Vodka
- 25ml Simply Better Wexford Strawberry & Orange Cordial
- 1 fresh Irish strawberry
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves and 1 fresh mint sprig
- 1 lime
- 100ml-120 ml Dunnes Stores soda water
METHOD
- Thinly slice the strawberry and cut the lime in half.
- Squeeze the juice from one half and cut 4 wedges from the other.
- Add two lime wedges, 3–4 mint leaves, and the strawberry slices to your glass.
- Using a tablespoon, lightly press and twist the ingredients against the sides of the glass for about 10 seconds to release their juices and aroma.
- Pour in 50 ml Absolut vodka, 25 ml Strawberry & Orange cordial, and 1 teaspoon lime juice, then stir with a straw.
- Add ice, stir again, top with soda water, and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
