Spiced Rum Hot Chocolate

Mini marshmallows (for serving – optional)

- 300ml milk
- 1 orange, zested
- 100g dark chocolate (extra for grating – optional)
- 2 shots spiced rum
- Mini marshmallows (for serving – optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Warm the milk in a pot, then add the zest of 1 orange.
- Add 100g of grated dark chocolate. Stir until the chocolate has melted down.
- Remove from the heat and add 2 shots of spiced rum.
- Serve with mini marshmallows and more grated chocolate.
