6 Tbsp. Simply Better Italian Pizza Sauce
1 Pack Simply Better Baby Leeks, trimmed & thinly sliced
50g Simply Better Spanish Lamuyo Pepper Slices
2 Tbsp. Simply Better Italian ‘Nduja
120g Simply Better Italian Mozzarella Cubes
2 Tsp. Simply Better Toscano IGP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Simply Better Limited Edition Hot Honey
Simply Better Achill Sea Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pack Simply Better Stonebaked Pizza Bases
- 6 Tbsp Simply Better Italian Pizza Sauce
- 1 Pack Simply Better Baby Leeks, thinly sliced
- 50g Simply Better Spanish Lamuyo Pepper Slices
- 2 Tbsp Simply Better Italian ’Nduja
- 120g Simply Better Italian Mozzarella Cubes
- 2 Tsp Simply Better Toscano IGP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Simply Better Limited Edition Hot Honey
- Simply Better Achill Sea Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 220°C / 450°F / Gas Mark 7. Spread each base with 3 tbsp sauce. Scatter leeks and peppers; dot with ’nduja. Season.
- Add mozzarella and bake 8–10 minutes until bubbling and lightly golden.
- Finish with olive oil and hot honey. Slice and serve.
