2 Tbsp. Simply Better Italian ‘Nduja
120g Simply Better Italian Mozzarella Cubes
2 Tsp. Simply Better Toscano IGP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Simply Better Limited Edition Hot Honey
Simply Better Achill Sea Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pack Simply Better Stonebaked Pizza Bases
  • 6 Tbsp Simply Better Italian Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Pack Simply Better Baby Leeks, thinly sliced
  • 50g Simply Better Spanish Lamuyo Pepper Slices
  • 2 Tbsp Simply Better Italian ’Nduja
  • 120g Simply Better Italian Mozzarella Cubes
  • 2 Tsp Simply Better Toscano IGP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Simply Better Limited Edition Hot Honey
  • Simply Better Achill Sea Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C / 450°F / Gas Mark 7. Spread each base with 3 tbsp sauce. Scatter leeks and peppers; dot with ’nduja. Season.
  2. Add mozzarella and bake 8–10 minutes until bubbling and lightly golden.
  3. Finish with olive oil and hot honey. Slice and serve.
