Neven Maguire's Lasagne Ravioli Bake

2 cartons Simply Better Irish Original Cream Cheese
1 packet Simply Better Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, finely grated
150ml Simply Better Organic Irish Jersey Whole Milk
1 Tsp. Simply Better Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Cartons Simply Better Italian Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
2 Packets Simply Better Italian Lasagne Ravioli
Simply Better Oriel Sea Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Dressed Green Salad, to serve (optional)
Directions
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cartons Simply Better Irish Original Cream Cheese
- 1 packet Simply Better Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, finely grated
- 150ml Simply Better Organic Irish Jersey Whole Milk
- 1 Tsp. Simply Better Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Cartons Simply Better Italian Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 2 Packets Simply Better Italian Lasagne Ravioli
- Simply Better Oriel Sea Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Dressed Green Salad, to serve (optional)
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F/Gas Mark 6). First make the cheese sauce, put the cream cheese in a bowl with 100g of the Parmesan and mix in the milk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lightly oil a square ovenproof dish and spread one tub of the tomato sauce on the bottom. Cover with a packet of the ravioli in a single even layer and then spoon over half of the cheese sauce, using the bottom of the spoon to help spread it out.
- Use the second packet of ravioli for a second layer and cover with the rest of the tomato sauce. Finally add the rest of the cheese sauce and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan. Bake for 20-30 minutes until bubbling and golden brown. Cut into portions and serve on plates with some salad, if liked.
