Ingredients
1/2 cup 100% chamomile tea (brewed and fully cooled)
1 banana
2 mini avocados
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 tub Greek style yogurt
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup Dunnes Stores Mango Yogurt Drink
30g ReadyBrek
Directions

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup 100% chamomile tea (brewed and fully cooled)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 mini avocados
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 tub Greek style yogurt
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Dunnes Stores Mango Yogurt Drink
  • 30g ReadyBrek

METHOD

  1. Brew the chamomile tea and let it cool completely. Remove the bag and discard.
  2. Add the cooled tea and all of the remaining ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until the mixture is silky smooth.
  3. Pour evenly into baby-safe silicone popsicle moulds. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely set.
